Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Product Creator plugin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Product Creator is a Roblox Studio plugin that allows users to create Developer Products and Game Passes via the Roblox Open Cloud API. The Service acts as an intermediary between the plugin and the Roblox API.

3. Roblox Account Authorization

To use the Service, you must authorize it to access your Roblox account through Roblox's official OAuth system or by providing an Open Cloud API key. By doing so, you grant the Service permission to:

Read and create Developer Products on your behalf
Read and create Game Passes on your behalf
Access your basic profile information (username)

You may revoke access at any time through your Roblox account settings or by logging out of the plugin.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all actions taken through your authorized session.
You must not use the Service to violate Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards.
You must not attempt to abuse, exploit, or overload the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and confidential.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any products created through it will function as expected on Roblox.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Service operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of Robux, products, or game passes.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
