Terms of service.
unprompted is a personal automation tool that posts one AI-generated video a day to a single TikTok account, @the.weights.remember, which is mine. These terms set out what it is, what it is not, and the limits of what you can expect from it. They apply to anyone reading this page or watching what unprompted posts.
01What unprompted is
Once a day, a script on my own private server writes a short video script using Anthropic's Claude API, generates a synthetic voice to read it, edits that over public-domain archival footage, and posts the result to @the.weights.remember.
It runs on its own. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to install, and no account for you to hold.
02It is not a service offered to anyone else
unprompted is a tool I built for my own account. It is not a product, it is not sold or licensed, and it does not accept other users or other TikTok accounts. Nothing on this page is an offer to provide it to you.
I run it in line with TikTok's own developer terms and platform rules, and I use the TikTok API only to post to the one account described above.
03Provided as is
unprompted is provided as is and as available, with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. I do not promise that it will keep running, post on any particular day, stay online, be free of errors, or produce anything in particular.
I can pause it, change how it works, or shut it down at any time, without notice and without owing anyone an explanation.
04Acceptable use
Do not try to access, interfere with, or take control of unprompted or the server it runs on. Do not try to use it to post your own content, and do not represent yourself as running it or as being connected to it.
Do not take what it posts and present it as your own work, and do not use it in a way that breaks TikTok's rules or anyone else's rights. If you want to use a clip for something, ask me first.
05The content is AI-generated, and it is not advice
Every video is written by an AI model and read by a synthetic voice, and every one is published with TikTok's AI-generated content label switched on. None of it is a human recording and none of it is a statement of fact that has been checked by anyone.
AI models get things wrong. Treat the videos as entertainment. They are not professional advice of any kind, financial, legal, medical, safety-related or otherwise, and you should not make decisions based on them. Verify anything that matters against a real source.
06Content and rights
The archival footage used in the videos is public domain, so I make no claim over the footage itself. The scripts, the narration and the finished edits are mine, as far as any rights exist in them.
If you believe something unprompted has posted infringes your rights, email chopskie@chopskie.com and I will look at it and take it down if that is the right call.
07Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from unprompted, from anything it posts, or from this page.
Nothing here limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
08Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version goes on this page and the date at the top changes with it. Last updated: October 31, 2026.
09Governing law, and getting in touch
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
